We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that Human Nature's Quality Management System is strictly followed and monitored in compliance with all regulatory bodies. Analyze and interpret data based on audit findings and identify processes for improvement. Act as the QMS Champion for all GKI sites.

Responsibilities:

Implement/Conduct and conduct training:

  • Internal Quality Audit (Lead Auditor)
  • IQA (Internal Quality Audit)
  • NCR/CAPA Monitoring
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Document Control
  • Supplier Audit
  • Management Review
  • GMP Knowledge
  • ASEAN Cosmetics Guidelines
  • Trend Analysis for product review or performance

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology/Biology
  • At least 5 years experience in handling QMS
  • Preferably a Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor
  • Has worked with an ISO Certified Company
  • Knowledgeable of ASEAN Guidelines, ISO, GMP, GLP, and GWP
  • Preferably has worked in a Pharmaceutical company (experience in QA and Operations is an advantage)
  • Must be detail-oriented and good at project management.
  • Willing to work onsite in Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Laguna.
