FG Warehouse

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Finished Goods Warehouse Operations

• Supervise all FG warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and issuance for delivery.

• Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO and proper product handling to maintain quality and prevent damage.

• Monitor accuracy of inventory records and ensure daily cycle counts are performed and documented.

• Coordinate with Production and PPIC regarding product availability.

• Lead FG warehouse housekeeping, 5S, and safety compliance.

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, stackers)

• Maintain and control all FG warehouse forms, logs, and reports.

2. Fleet Delivery Management

• Plan, assign, and monitor delivery schedules based on customer orders.

• Supervise all truck drivers and helpers to ensure delivery efficiency and on-time performance.

• Review and approve trip tickets, fuel consumption logs, and delivery documentation.

• Oversee vehicle condition, maintenance schedules, and coordination with maintenance team.

• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

3. Personnel Management

• Supervise FG warehouse personnel, drivers, and helpers.

• Conduct performance evaluation, coaching, and skills development.

• Schedule and manage staff assignments, attendance, and overtime.

• Enforce discipline, safety protocols, and compliance with company rules.

4. Quality, Documentation, and ISO Compliance

• Ensure all warehouse and delivery operations comply with company requirements.

• Maintain and update operational procedures, work instructions, and forms.

• Lead corrective actions for nonconformities related to FG warehouse or delivery operations.

• Ensure proper documentation, retention, and traceability of delivery records, inventory logs, and monitoring forms.

• Participate in internal audits and management reviews when required.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements in warehouse layout, processes, and systems.

• Implement productivity, accuracy, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

• Identify operational risks and propose preventive controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in ISO-certified organizations (ISO 9001:2015) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory principles.
• Good planning, scheduling, and coordination ability.
• Knowledge of delivery routing, fleet management, and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
