Job Description

  1. Cultivate talents and organize organizational development planning and implementation of departmental organizations.

  2. Set, develop, track and implement departmental goals and be responsible for the results.

  3. Ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the company's quality system (management representative) and implement the management and maintenance of brand documents

  4. Lead the quality system certification work and the formulation and implementation of quality goals.

  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve the company's quality goals

  6. Participate in and assist in establishing the rationality and optimization of various business processes in the department.

  7. Supervise and improve process control and shipment quality assurance on behalf of customers.

  8. Execute and supervise the mass production evaluation and introduction of products, processes, raw materials, equipment, and software.

  9. Quality audit of orders.

  10. Lead the tracking and improvement of quality costs.

  11. RoHS restricted substances management.

  12. Establishment and implementation of environmental management related matters.

  13. Implement and maintain the instrument calibration system (for the entire factory)

  14. Matters assigned by the company and superiors.

  15. Assist and support work projects of investment-related enterprises.

Qualifications:

  1. Industrial Engineering Graduate

  2. Candidates with QA experience in manufacturing or Taiwanese enterprises are preferred.

3.At least 10 years of relevant experience in QA with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 quality system.

4.ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 quality system internal Audit certificate

5.Instrument calibration certificate
