Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation of the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC). Configure the FSSC system and ensure timely resolution of operational issues to maintain system stability and efficiency.
  • Participate in the operation and maintenance of the CONCUR system. Efficiently address user inquiries and resolve system-related problems.
  • Collaborate on designing financial system workflows. Track and drive the implementation of solution requirements.
  • Leverage understanding of financial shared service operations to continuously optimize system functionality, enhancing the efficiency and quality of shared service center processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Finance, or a related field. Preference given to candidates proficient in SAP FICO modules.
  • Solid understanding of IT operations management principles and practices.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, quick learning ability, self-motivation, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
  • Excellent logical thinking and meticulous work ethic.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good in English oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on night shift.
