As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online platforms by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. This full-time position will allow you to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Thoroughly review user-generated content such as text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with our content policies and community guidelines
- Accurately identify and remove any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex content-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry regulations in content moderation
- Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address sensitive or inappropriate content
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
