Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Moderator based in Makati, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Content Moderator will review and evaluate user-generated content for adherence to platform guidelines and policies. The role involves identifying and responding to inappropriate or flagged content, maintaining high-quality community standards, and providing technical and customer support to users as necessary. The moderator will also collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and assessing user-generated content
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with team members and users
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Technical Support to assist users and report issues
  • Experience in providing Training to team members or other stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling high volumes of content
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
