What you'll be doing

  • Review and evaluate user-generated content to identify and remove any inappropriate, offensive or harmful material
  • Maintain a consistent application of our content policies and guidelines
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve our content moderation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex content-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices and regulations in the field of content moderation
  • Escalate serious or sensitive cases to the appropriate team members for further investigation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a content moderation or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of online safety, digital ethics and community guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply content policies
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and online communities
  • Passion for creating a safe and positive online environment for users
