DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking a talented Virtual Process- Content Moderator to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the quality and safety of our online content, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and moderating various forms of digital content such as text, images, and videos
  2. Identifying and removing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in a timely manner
  3. Providing detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content quality
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content moderation policies and processes
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our content moderation systems and tools

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
