Job Summary:
We are a BPO company based in Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa, supporting US-based clients. We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Representative to provide excellent support for POS systems and credit card processing services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Deliver frontline support via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to POS systems and credit card processing.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live or virtual demos tailored to client needs. Assist with onboarding and setup.
- System Maintenance: Configure, update, and maintain POS systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- User Training: Educate clients on system functionality, features, and troubleshooting best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues. Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain professional, helpful communication to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and vendors to resolve issues and improve services.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Process Improvement: Monitor recurring issues and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and service delivery.

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
