We're expanding our in-house team and looking for a Social Media Manager who's passionate, creative, and strategic.

???? Job Description:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Create and manage monthly content calendars

Design and schedule engaging posts using tools like Canva and scheduling platforms (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)

Monitor trends, insights, and hashtags to keep our content relevant and engaging

Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement

Track and report on social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals

Suggest and run paid ad campaigns (optional but a plus)

? Qualifications:

Strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools

Experience with scheduling tools and analytics platforms

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively

Bonus: Experience in healthcare, real estate, or property management niches
