Job Summary

Responsible for the supervision, monitoring & administration of the Online Traditional Bingo with primary focus for the entire process, standard operating procedure and accuracy of games delivered while ensuring the high level of customer service.

The above is not exhaustive & subjected to change with the growth & involvement of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Awareness of the upcoming online bingo promos and sharing them to Players
  • To create a welcoming and friendly environment for the players.
  • Attract new Players or customers to the site and online, guide and explain the game and answer all inquiry.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of game being delivered while ensuring high level of customer service.Gather Players or customer's opinions, comments or suggestions and bring to the attention of immediate Superior.
  • The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other duties maybe added from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bingo Hosting Experience is a plus, not a must
  • Excellent hosting skills and communication skills
  • College Level or College Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Good and strong work attitude
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.

Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php14,000.00 per month
