Job Summary:

The Bingo Host is responsible for conducting bingo games in a fun, engaging, and professional manner. This role ensures all games are run smoothly, prizes are awarded accurately, and players enjoy a lively and welcoming experience. The Bingo Host is the face of the game area and must be able to manage both the technical and entertainment aspects of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and host bingo games according to house rules and schedules.
• Engage and entertain guests throughout the game to enhance their experience.
• Clearly announce bingo numbers and winners with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Assist players with game rules, cards, and any questions they may have.
• Ensure all bingo equipment (e.g., number draw machines, cards, mic) are in good working condition before each session.
• Coordinate with the cashier or floor staff to confirm winners and prize distribution.
• Report any issues, disputes, or irregularities to the supervisor or operations team.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent; additional training in communication or performance is a plus.
• With experience in customer service, events, or public speaking is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of a crowd.
• Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
