As an On-Call Waiter, you will assist in providing excellent food and beverage service during peak hours, special functions, and events. You will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service while maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. This flexible role requires availability on short notice and the ability to adapt to various service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure tables are properly set up, cleaned, and maintained before and after service

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Assist in setup and teardown of events or functions as needed

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards
