• Monitor and maintain daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.

• Prepare and update daily cash position reports.

• Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and fund allocation.

• Process and review payment transactions, including vendor invoices and payroll.

• Coordinate with banks for fund transfer.

• Prepare and maintain treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and funding reports.

• Performs month-end closing and accruals related to treasury activities and payroll accounts, including bank reconciliation and balance sheet accounts reconciliation.

• Performs semi-monthly payroll entries, including accruals of payroll cost, bonuses, PTO, and final pay of separated employees.

• Monthly review and reconciliation of gov't remittances for loans and contributions.

• Assist in the preparation of the Annual BIR Form 2316.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in treasury and payroll transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

• Additional duties as directed by the immediate manager.
