PRIMARY FUNCTION

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Staff to join our growing healthcare support team. This role plays a vital part in our patient care journey, serving as the point of contact for prospective patients and supporting them through the treatment process.

As part of a telehealth-based environment, you will be responsible for inbound calls, providing information, qualifying leads, and guiding patients through next steps. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver accessible, high-quality care in a compassionate and patient-centered way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Lead Qualification & Inside Sales

  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Conduct initial qualification based on pre-assessment criteria to determine treatment suitability.
  • Guide patients through scheduling phone consultations with Registered Nurses.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets and conversion KPIs.

Customer Experience & Support

  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and empathetic customer experience.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and informative manner.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with the Patient Care and Nursing teams to track patient progress.
  • Participate in team huddles, trainings, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a call centre, telehealth, or customer support role, preferably in healthcare or wellness industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inside sales.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email platforms, and basic computer tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or telehealth-based environment.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a growing healthcare setting.
