About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at CPI Management Services' office in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a non-voice Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling various customer inquiries and requests through digital channels, ensuring efficient and effective customer service. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via digital channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  6. Continuously develop your product knowledge and customer service skills to enhance your performance
