Competency Level Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering; Management Engineering; Operations Management or any Business course 3 - 4 years experience in inventory management; supply chain, & semiconductor or relevant industry Adept in SAP inventory and warehouse management and B2B Applies functional knowledge in data analytics tool like, SQL, Phyton, Tableau; Power Bi etc Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word, other Apps) Strong verbal & written skills and can present analysis to management Self-organized and meticulous in his or her way of work to produce the deliverables on time and to expected quality Possess problem solving mindset (root cause analysis), analytic acumen Major Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets & trend to management and use this information into productivity and profitability initiatives. Take daily action to review and resolve all outstanding issues, errors, and discrepancies. Coordinate actions with Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations team members Identify business opportunities, cost savings and creative solutions to problems encountered. Participate on test cases assigned and report results. Work with team lead to ensure key metrices of strategic accounts are achieved thereby delighting the customer Perform other task assigned by superior For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
