Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all daily warehouse operations in Dinalupihan, Bataan. This includes supervising staff, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards. The position ensures that warehouse operations support the company's overall goals for efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision & Leadership

  2. Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

  3. Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
  4. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and effective communication among warehouse personnel.

  5. Inventory Management

  6. Ensure accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing materials.

  7. Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
  8. Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock shortages.

  9. Warehouse Operations

  10. Oversee receiving, unloading, storage, and dispatching of goods.

  11. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and placement of materials according to warehouse layout.
  12. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.

  13. Safety and Housekeeping

  14. Enforce compliance with company safety policies and government regulations (DOLE and OSH standards).

  15. Conduct daily inspections to ensure warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
  16. Ensure all equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is properly maintained and used safely.

  17. Documentation and Reporting

  18. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

  19. Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, dispatches, and inventory records.
  20. Assist in audit activities as required.

  21. Coordination

  22. Liaise with other departments (Logistics, Purchasing, HR, and Finance) for operational needs.

  23. Communicate any operational issues to management for prompt resolution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Dinalupihan, Bataan.
