Job Summary:

The Branch Inventory Staff is responsible for managing and monitoring inventory activities in the warehouse, including encoding items, preparing reports, inspecting stocks, and assisting with deliveries. You'll also coordinate with Service Engineers for equipment checkups, help maintain a clean and organized workspace, and implement proper stock rotation methods like FIFO.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, or an Associate degree holder
  • Preferably with experience or background in inventory management
  • Ability to drive is an advantage; must hold a valid Professional Driver's License with restriction codes A, A2, B, B1, B2, and C
  • Computer Literate; Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexible, can effectively multitask, and demonstrates a strong team-oriented attitude
  • Willing to work onsite at our Davao branch: G/F DBC Bldg. Quirino Ave. Davao City.

Brief Responsibilities:

  • Encodes all incoming and outgoing items for inventory purposes;
  • Prepares and submits weekly and monthly warehouse inventory reports;
  • Implements the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for stock rotation, especially for items nearing expiration.
