JOB BRIEF

The Student Intern is responsible for the timely and efficient processing and ingestion of large volumes of monthly or quarterly digital sales from music service providers and collate these data into several revenue reports and statements for use of our various stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compiles DSP sales reports from various sources (e.g. email, reporting portals or websites) regularly and save the files in their designated folders.
  • Checks and formats the files as necessary in preparation for data ingestion.
  • Ingests the sales reports using the DSP ingestion tool based on their specific ingestion notes making sure that columns and/or required fields are mapped correctly.
  • Fixes data matching errors or mismatched returns per job with correct metadata searched either through our music database or outside search engines.
  • Updates monthly DSP monitoring sheet of jobs ingested and fixed daily.
  • Assists in the finalization of completed DSP jobs.
  • Relays any issue or concern related to the ingestion process in a timely manner and suggests improvements and/or update changes to the ingestion or fixing procedures for any or all of the DSP.
  • Compiles sales figures as requested.
  • Collates digital sales revenues into year-to-date summaries which include sales ranking, comparative reports and sales or increment percentages.
  • Facilitate refunds and send money requests via online payment gateways.
  • Computes and submits annual royalty statements for independent artists and publishers.
  • Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in a program related to Accountancy, Finance, or Banking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.

Note: This is a paid training.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php500.00 per day
