Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Intern to join our Finance Department. The intern will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance functions within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and organize financial and administrative files
  • Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries
  • Scan and digitize accounting documents
  • Maintain orderly filing and record-keeping systems
  • Provide general support to the Finance Department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing any degree in College
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Can report onsite for internship duties
