Compensation: ₱55,000/month base + uncapped commission

1. Job Purpose

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals for Affordable Socials and FIRST Class Global. Working in a 4-day on / 4 days off rotation, the role focuses on high-volume outbound activity, meeting generation, and direct sales closing.

This position requires a target-driven professional who can confidently engage with prospects in the UK, USA, and Europe, book meetings, and actively contribute to the team's revenue growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

  • Make 200 outbound calls/day to prospects in target markets.
  • Maintain 7+ hours of daily talk time with prospects where required.
  • Consistently generate and qualify leads via phone.

Meeting Generation & Allocation

  • Book a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per shift (Days 1–3).
  • On the 4th working day, conduct back-to-back sales meetings to progress or close deals.
  • Allocate booked meetings to appropriate sales team members when necessary.

Sales & Closing

  • Pitch Affordable Socials packages (£59 to £400/month) and FIRST Class Global packages (£2000+ per project).
  • Present solutions professionally over Zoom/Google Meet, handling objections with confidence.
  • Close deals independently and contribute to monthly revenue targets.

Reporting & Team Collaboration

  • Submit accurate daily reports: calls made, meetings booked, and deals closed.
  • Share feedback and prospect insights with the wider sales team.
  • Support teammates with overflow meetings and handover notes for continuity.

3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₱55,000/month
  • Performance Commission (Daily): ₱10,000/day for hitting activity target
  • 10 booked meetings OR
  • 250 calls OR
  • 7 hours of call time
  • Deal Commission: ₱5,000 for every closed deal

Earning Example (per 4-day cycle):

  • 4 × ₱10,000 daily performance = ₱40,000
  • 5 deals closed in 1 week × ₱5,000 = ₱25,000
  • Extra ₱65,000 commissions + ₱55,000 base = ₱120,000 total potential per month
  • Uncapped earnings – the more you close, the more you earn.

4. Skills & Experience RequirementsEssential

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call centre sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high outbound volume (200+ calls/day).
  • Confident in pitching and presenting to international prospects (UK/US/Europe).
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and highly motivated by commissions.

Desirable

  • Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, websites, or media solutions.
  • Previous work with UK, US, or European clients.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outreach platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, etc.).
  • Flexible availability for night shifts or weekends.

6. Working Pattern

  • Shift Length: 12 hours/day
  • Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off (rotation repeats)
  • Shift Focus:
  • Days 1–3: Outbound calls + meeting generation
  • Day 4: Back-to-back meetings + deal closing

7. Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • 200 calls/day
  • 10 meetings booked per shift
  • Minimum 1–2 deals closed per week (target 5+)
  • Accurate reporting & CRM usage
