We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Presentation & Graphic Designer to serve as a key creative and administrative partner to our senior leadership team. This hybrid role requires a strong portfolio of graphic design work, expert-level proficiency in presentation software (primarily PowerPoint), and proven ability to handle essential administrative support functions with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation & Visual Communication (70%)

  • Design and Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of high-impact, professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including board meetings, investor pitches, and executive speeches.
  • PowerPoint Mastery: Translate complex data and strategic concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging slides using advanced PowerPoint features (e.g., custom animations, complex charting, and template creation).
  • Brand & Template Management: Develop and maintain a cohesive suite of branded presentation templates, ensuring consistency across all executive communications.
  • Graphic Design: Create and manage diverse graphic assets, including infographics, charts, diagrams, digital headers, social media graphics, and internal communication materials, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of visual assets (photos, icons, illustrations) for quick access by the senior team.

Administrative & Operational Support (30%)

  • Document Management: Assist with the formatting, editing, and final proofreading of executive documents, reports, and internal memos to ensure professional quality and accuracy.
  • Meeting Support (Design Focus): Prepare and finalize all presentation materials required for key executive meetings, often under tight deadlines.
  • Scheduling/Coordination: Occasionally assist with the scheduling of executive design review meetings or coordination of external vendor relationships (e.g., printers, photographers).
  • Project Management: Manage the design project lifecycle from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the senior team's high standards.
