Somma Home is looking for a driven and personable Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're passionate about design, enjoy connecting with people, and have a natural talent for building relationships, we'd love to meet you.
At Somma Home, we house a curated selection of European furniture brands—each chosen for its timeless craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and ability to grow with the people who live with them. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the bridge between these beautiful pieces and the homes they belong in.
What You'll Do
- Lead and close sales opportunities with clients, designers, and trade professionals
- Guide clients through their decision-making journey—from initial consultation and space planning to quotation, delivery, and after-sales
- Prepare tailored proposals and product presentations that reflect Somma Home's premium positioning
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with showroom staff and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless client experience
- Monitor sales performance, report on targets, and help develop strategies to grow revenue
- Represent Somma Home at events, trade shows, and marketing activities to strengthen brand presence
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in high-end retail, furniture sales, or interior design sales
- A background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident and consultative approach
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clientele and industry professionals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts
- A deep appreciation for design, furniture, and creating meaningful living spaces
