General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Study design briefs and determine the requirements required to conceptualize, create, and execute visually creative and appealing material under the direction of Brand and with coordinating departments
  • Assist in the building and maintenance of a "Content Calendar," including, but not limited to, providing suggestions for content creation, themes, strategies, and campaigns with corresponding timelines for each project or campaign
  • Assist in the updating and maintenance of the image and video inventories for use in the development of creative materials
  • Act as liaison and provide representation in support of the Brand Lead or, in the event that the Brand Lead or Social Media Assistant is unavailable to attend meetings, discussions, event briefings, or forums
  • Provide representation for Brand, with the approval of the Brand Lead, in support of the following activities, including but not limited to: trade shows, car shows, car club events, motoring events, and job fairs
  • Other events that the management may elect to support without prior notice
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Graphic Designing or its equivalent programs
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in the related field

Skills/Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge and excellent skills in the use of the latest graphic design software available on the market
  • Excellent time management skills; can work under minimal supervision with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Eager to keep abreast of innovations in the graphic arts, including new or trending creative styles and software developments
  • Knowledgeable in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, video editing, web design, and logo design
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
