  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
  • Allocate manpower according to daily production needs.
  • Ensure all required materials (raw materials, digital proofs, samples) are prepared before production.
  • Follow operating procedures and work instructions to ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare and review digital proofs for customer approval, maintaining schedule integrity.
  • Perform preflight checks on customer artwork, making adjustments as needed.
  • Operate and maintain large-format and digital printers, troubleshooting issues when necessary.
  • Assist in printing, weeding, and assembling orders for delivery/pickup.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment and report issues to management.
  • Maintain proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other software.
  • Manage color matching (Pantone, CMYK, RGB) and ensure accurate output.
