About the role

Are you a skilled and creative artist looking to join a dynamic advertising agency? RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' is seeking a talented CREATIVE ARTIST to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will play a pivotal part in crafting visually striking advertising campaigns for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

DUTIES

Conceptualize and create art work based on client and team requirements.

Create realistic mock-ups in different formats: billboards, banners, inflatables, and special executions

Creating media kits.

Generate original and visually appealing designs and collaterals.

Collaborate with accounts managers and team members to establish creative direction.

Stay updated on new media formats and trends to incorporate them into campaigns.

Stay current with design trends and implement new techniques and technologies into your work.

Present work (concepts, copy, storyboards) to internal teams and clients.

Develop and execute marketing and promotional artworks including print, online, mobile and video

Produce and maintain high-quality designs, artworks, and layouts, adhering to existing design styles or guidelines.

Take initiative and work independently within the creative team.

Assist in the creation of seasonal campaign concepts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Creation of Collateral Design:

Print Materials:

●      Design and layout a variety of print materials such as business cards, brochures, invitations, T-shirt designs, posters, greeting cards, organizational charts, and banners.

●      Create promotional items for company events and special occasions, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines.

Digital Assets:

●      Develop digital assets including website designs, social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements.

●      Create engaging presentations, portfolios, showreels, and interactive media for online platforms.

Corporate Identity:

●      Design corporate identity materials such as employee IDs, letterheads, footers, PowerPoint templates, etc.

●      Ensure a consistent visual identity across all corporate materials.

Event and Promotional Collateral:

●      Develop comprehensive media kits, holiday and special occasion posters, and event backdrops.

●      Produce high-quality promotional materials tailored to specific campaigns and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, graphic arts, or a related field.
3. Demonstrated experience in creating both print and digital design materials.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
6. Knowledge of web design principles and software (e.g., HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver) is a plus.
7. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
8. Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
9. Ability to create engaging and effective visual content for various media

11. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

13. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

18. A creative portfolio showcasing your ability to think outside of standard ad formats and demonstrate inventive and compelling design work.

• Proven experience as a creative artist or graphic designer, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency setting
• A strong portfolio showcasing your versatility in various artistic mediums and design styles
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and discuss your creative ideas with clients and colleagues
