The PUSH Agency is seeking to add someone with a degree in accounting to work remotely in alignment with US MST-AZ traditional business hours (overnight shift in the Philippines).  This is a contract position for which we offer a great culture, paid holidays, PTO and subsidies for health care and internet. PUSH is the nation's largest experiential marketing event staffing company in North America and offers an unrivaled environment and culture.  We are a dynamic company and require someone who is looking for an accounting position that is not the same routine every day.

THE ROLE

Manage full cycle accounting for assigned clients including contract review and entry into NetSuite, invoicing, brand ambassador bill creation and payment, capture and recording of any additional expenses related to the events and light collections.

This person should be able to build and maintain superior relationships with clients and brand ambassadors.

Customer service skills are required to respond to client and brand ambassador inquiries.

Additional requirements may include, but are not limited to, performance of special assignments, studies and routine administrative functions as directed and preparation of reconciliation as well as any additional responsibilities as they develop.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent spoken and written English skills

2+ year(s) of bookkeeping/accounting experience, US employer experience preferred

Effective communication with colleagues in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work environment

Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines and complex tasks in a fast-paced setting along with attention to detail, persistence and follow through

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent computer skills using Google Suite

Experience with NetSuite is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication
