This position requires a Senior Accountant for a Part-Time role with expertise in Accounting, Documentation, Financial analysis, Excel, Google Sheets, Attention to detail, Accuracy, Organizational skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving, and Confidentiality. Must-Have Qualifications include Experience with accounting, Strong organizational skills, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Proven experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or Finance Officer, Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent), and Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Preferred Qualifications involve Familiarity with accounting software, Knowledge of financial regulations, Experience working in healthcare, real estate, or service-based industries, Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, payroll systems, or ERP tools, and Knowledge of local and federal tax compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and cash flow analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with external accountants, auditors, and vendors, assisting with payroll preparation, and identifying opportunities to enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting accuracy.
