Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquistion Officer with extensive recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing great candidates.

Ultimate responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with department managers and proactively identify hiring needs
  • Attract candidates using various sources like, social media networks, and other sourcing channels
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"

What we need:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any relevant course
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Updated with the current trends in recruiting talents such as use of social media, and other digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
