Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain company computer systems and networks to ensure continuous operations.
  • Respond promptly to technical support requests and provide on-site or remote assistance to employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, devices, and licenses.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when needed.
  • Provide technical training or guidance to employees regarding IT systems and applications.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, technical assistance, or network administration is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, POS, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
