Mind You is an online mental health service that provides assessment and preventive therapies. Moreover, it is a Tech company that focuses on the people that it serves. That means Mind You's technology is the best in the industry, making Preventative Therapy Sessions as easy to access as Grab or FoodPanda. The team is built up by the best at their chosen skill. The leaders serve to make their staffs work more effectively and efficiently to get the best out of each individual. Generally, Mind You is a mental health service that focuses on the provision of professional mental health preventive programs offered via video conference, phone call or chat.

Mind You was established with the goal of creating happier, healthier and more productive workforces. The eMental Health platform was conceptualised in January 2020 because of the growing need for easier access to preventative mental health care. The development was then fast-tracked and launched due to the demand created by the global pandemic. Hereby, virtual mental healthcare will fulfill the unmet need for clients traditionally underserved by other mental health practitioners. There are some scientific sources stating that online mental healthcare has been shown to be effective for clients who may have difficulty reaching person-to-person appointments with Psychologists during normal business hours, while decreasing the number of missed appointments for in-person therapy.

Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Position

The IT Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Product in maintaining the company's technology and platforms. S/he is also responsible for server-side web application logic as well as the integration of the front-end part.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the overall application of product lifecycle from concept to launch; 

  2. Focuses on coding and debugging and closely collaborates with the users;

  3. Defines and communicates technical and design requirements and discusses with the Head of Product;

  4. Builds high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future need and requirements;

  5. Conducts troubleshooting and debugging applications and ensures timely updating of applications;

  6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and system administrators; and

  7. Conducts UI tests and optimises performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree course, preferably Information Technology or relevant field

  • Expert level of experience in React and JS using the Django framework

  • Proficient in English written and verbal

  • Must be a skilled developer with attention to detail.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in API coding.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in React and JS.

  • Proficient in Deluge Zoho and Zoho API

  • Solid and Stable internet connection with a webcam and reliable mic.
