Are you a detail-driven, commercially minded professional who thrives on precision and strategy? We're looking for a Project Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our tendering and project delivery successs.

As our Project Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our project lifecycle preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions that win work and deliver value. Your expertise will support our commercial strategy, ensuring our pricing remains competitive and our delivery teams are set up for success.

You'll have a direct impact on our growth by developing and refining scalable quoting systems, analyzing bid performance, and helping us continuously improve how we price and win projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating or similar experience.
  • Solid understanding of commercial strategy, margins, and cost control.
  • Proficient in Estimating Software with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in supporting New Zealand or Australia.
  • Willingness to work to Australasian Working Hours.
  • Willingness to work or relocate to the Angeles City Pampanga Office
