What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products and services
  4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  7. Continuously improving product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with customer service best practices and call centre operations
  5. A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
