Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product or service information and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Process orders, account updates, refunds, or other customer transactions as required.
  • Follow established procedures and workflows to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality scores, AHT, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or call center systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,500.00 per month
