About the role

Black Armor Industries Corp', is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to join our dynamic team in Pulilan, Bulacan. As an HR and Admin Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapid growth and ensuring our employees have the resources and support they need to excel.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Manage the company's administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and facilities management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR and administrative professionals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labour regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support business objectives
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in HR management (SHRM-CP or CPHR) is preferred
