Now Hiring: Recruitment Admin (Intern) – Work From Home
Are you a fresh graduate or someone with less than 2 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment? We're looking for a Recruitment Admin Intern to join our team
This is a work-from-home opportunity with a ₱10,000 monthly allowance, and the potential to transition into a full-time role as a Recruitment Admin Assistant based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client and candidate trackers
- Organize recruitment-related documents and update Zoho Recruit
- Assist with folder creation and data entry
- Support interview scheduling and coordination for urgent roles
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Call candidates for initial screening, scheduling, and updates
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the recruitment team
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience in HR or any admin role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
