Job Title:Clinical Associates / Medical Officer

Employment Type:2 years contract

Job Location: This position is based in our Singapore; relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Clinical Associates / Medical Doctors. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare to patients in a supportive and patient-focused environment. With a commitment to excellence in medical care, innovation, and holistic patient well-being ensures that you will be part of a team that values both professional growth and compassionate care. You will also be required to perform night duties and provide coverage on weekends/public holidays per department roster.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the total management of patients, including formulation of treatment plans to patients in the wards, seeing patients, taking medical histories, and diagnosing medical conditions.

To collaborate with other healthcare professionals like clinical associates, nurses, and senior doctors to provide quality of care to patients.

Able to perform urgent medical services in case of emergencies.

Essential & Required Qualifications:

· MBBS or as recognized by Singapore Medical Council

· Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced medical environment.

· Exceptional communication skills

· Comfortable using technology and medical systems for patient care.

· Deliver patient care with excellence and adhere to clinical best practices.

· Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation.

· Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in healthcare services.

· Maintain strong professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

· Support operational efficiencies within the clinic or healthcare facility.
