JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides full assistance to Associate Facilities Junior Manager.
  • Ensures full implementation of preventive maintenance program and strategies.
  • Performs day-to-day management to Shift Engineers and outsourced technical staff.
  • Oversee the operation of all major and minor equipment of the building such as GENSET, LVSG, HVSG, Pumps and Blowers, HVAC, Elevators, etc.
  • Handles office moves and additional workstation and facilities.
  • Handles manpower scheduling and deployment.
  • Monitors the facilities 52 weeks maintenance planner.
  • Act as PCO for LLDA and DENR.

*Note: Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work is often performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • Physical effort required from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION REQUIRED

College or University graduate of Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage (e.g. CFM).

  • EXPERIENCE

With at least 2-3 years of experience in facilities and construction management operations. Experience in a retail industry is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.

  • Good analytical/critical thinking.
  • Good analytical skills and with a keen eye to details.
