About the Role

AHK Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with hands-on experience in videography, photography, and creative direction.

This role is ideal for someone who excels both behind the camera and in post-production, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to lead creative production end-to-end.

You will oversee the full content cycle — shoot planning, filming, editing, color grading, photography, and creative execution — for corporate, product, marketing, and real estate content.

Key Responsibilities Videography & Photography

  • Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, events, interviews, products, and real estate content.
  • Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
  • Capture cinematic shots, B-roll, drone footage (optional), and portrait/product photography.
  • Ensure perfect framing, lighting, composition, and audio quality during shoots.
  • Manage on-site shoots, coordinate talent, and lead setups.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, web, branding, and advertising.
  • Add transitions, sound effects, color grading, and motion graphics.
  • Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form corporate videos.
  • Maintain a high creative standard that aligns with brand identity.

Creative Direction

  • Conceptualize video ideas and advise on creative content strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communication teams on campaign visuals.
  • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
  • Ensure consistent quality and strong visual identity across all projects.

Media Management

  • Manage footage archives, backups, and project organization.
  • Maintain equipment inventory and ensure everything is in working condition.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in videography + video editing.
  • Must-Have:
  • Strong videography experience (corporate, lifestyle, real estate, events).
  • Strong photography experience (products, portraits, properties).
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & animations is a plus)
  • Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop
  • DaVinci Resolve (advantage)
  • Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of lighting, sound recording, composition, and color science
  • Familiarity with professional gear (Sony/Canon/Fuji cameras, gimbals, drones)

  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability
  • Team leader with ability to guide junior editors/photographers
  • Strong attention to detail & time management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
