Medical Concierge Representative

- Responsible for all healthcare and service arrangements for international (foreign) and local admitted patients
- Monitoring the said patients' pre-admission, admission, and post
- Attends to telephone, electronic, and personal inquiries on the hospital's products and services
- Facilitates billing to and and reimbursement activities related to local insurance provider in coordination with several healthcare professionals
- Reviews denied charges and work on its resolution
- Performs other duties related to the daily operations assigned by the Manager of Center for Patient Experience and Supervisor of Medical Concierge
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a service industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
