  • Responsible for all healthcare and service arrangements for international (foreign) and local admitted patients
  • Monitoring the said patients' pre-admission, admission, and post
  • Attends to telephone, electronic, and personal inquiries on the hospital's products and services
  • Facilitates billing to and and reimbursement activities related to local insurance provider in coordination with several healthcare professionals
  • Reviews denied charges and work on its resolution
  • Performs other duties related to the daily operations assigned by the Manager of Center for Patient Experience and Supervisor of Medical Concierge

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a service industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month
