About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Renders professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the hospital

  2. Performs nursing techniques for the comfort and well-being of the patient

  3. Administers prescribed medication orally and by injection; provides treatments using therapeutic equipment; observes patient's reactions to medications and treatments; observes progress of intravenous infusions and subcutaneous infiltrations

  4. Changes or assists physicians in changing dressings and cleaning wounds or incisions

What we're looking for

  1. A valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
  2. At least 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
  3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of general medical and surgical nursing practices
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  5. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
  7. Proficient in electronic medical record systems and computer skills
  8. Recently board passers are welcome to apply
