Work Schedule: Shifting, majority of PH night shift

Set up / Location: Hybrid - Makati (occasional visits only)

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational and user needs. This role will evaluate existing systems, recommend and implement enhancements, and provide support and training to ensure effective use of the platform. The position may require evening or weekend hours based on project demands.

How you can help:

  • Assess the existing ServiceNow framework to identify challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Design and implement streamlined, user-friendly processes that improve accessibility, navigation, and overall efficiency within the platform.
  • Partner with project managers to define requirements, timelines, specifications, and budgets for system updates or enhancements.
  • Oversee and maintain new configurations to ensure smooth adoption with minimal business disruption.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff on updated processes and platform functionalities.
  • Provide consistent project status reports to supervisors and key stakeholders.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues for both internal users and external customers.

What you need to qualify:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • At least 5 years experience working with ServiceNow, with experince configuring ITSM service catalog.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night or weekend hours as needed
  • ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals Certification is preferred.
