Job Title: IP Telephony Engineer

Location: Mandaluyong City, 1550

Shift: Rotational

Position Type: Contract

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define requirements and design scalable, reliable, and secure data center network architecture.
  • Build and support IP telephony solutions including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Unity Voicemail, Jabber Softphone, E911, and contact center administration.
  • Provide end-to-end telephony support: handset installation/setup, conference room support, dial tone and call quality troubleshooting, headset support, and phone relocations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot analog devices (VG310, ATA187), fax lines, POS dialing, and paging systems.
  • Configure and maintain E911 (ELIN programming, alerting) and SIP trunks (routing, troubleshooting, monitoring).
  • Support Microsoft Teams Voice: DID assignment, call quality troubleshooting, and user requests.
  • Handle DID number assignments, call routing, and abbreviated dialing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct testing, and integrate innovative solutions for improved performance.
