Salary: 60, ,000 + other benefits and allowances (including HMO start at Day 1)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7am -5pm) Every Friday until 7am - 4pm only

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Shared Services team. You will process invoices, match purchase orders and goods receipts, resolve payment issues, and handle supplier inquiries. You will also reconcile accounts, support month-end closing, and help improve AP processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and validate invoices accurately and on time.
  • Match Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR) using 2-way or 3-way matching.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and on-hold invoices.
  • Review and reconcile supplier accounts and statements.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations at month-end.
  • Handle inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking contacts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–6 years' experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in Shared Services.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud/SAP) and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
