Key Responsibilities:
- Target Setting: Develop and implement annual and monthly sales targets to achieve business growth.
- Pricing Strategy: Design competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and company profitability goals.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Create short- and long-term sales plans that support overall business objectives.
- Sales Process Management: Implement structured, process-driven programs to boost sales team efficiency and performance.
- Marketing & Trade Programs: Plan and execute marketing and promotional programs tailored for different accounts to drive sales and market penetration.
- Negotiation & Business Reviews: Lead negotiations with key accounts and distributors. Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
- Account Management & Expansion: Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new accounts. Expand the company's distribution network and market presence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
