Full-Time | Metro Manila | On-Site / Field-BasedAbout the Role

Avida Land, an Ayala Land company, is expanding its Metro Manila Sales Management Team. We're looking for experienced Sales Managers who can lead high-performing teams in Digital Selling and Institutional / Corporate Sales across our residential condominium projects.

This role is ideal for proven sales leaders who can develop people, drive targets, and build strong client and institutional relationships — while upholding the trusted standards of the Ayala group.

Successful candidates will start in January and will be provided with allowance override, competitive commissions, incentives, and marketing fund support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, coach, and motivate a sales team toward monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies and campaigns
  • Build and manage institutional / corporate client partnerships
  • Monitor performance metrics, pipelines, and lead conversions
  • Conduct sales briefings, trainings, and performance reviews
  • Represent Avida professionally in client meetings, events, and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, project teams, and management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management (real estate, property development, financial services, or similar preferred)
  • Strong background in digital sales / online lead generation
  • Experience in institutional / corporate selling is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-coaching capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented, professional, and highly driven
  • Real estate license or experience is an advantage (but not always required)
