Position Summary
The Senior Executive, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of City of Dreams Manila's digital presence, with a primary focus on social media and search engine optimization (SEO). The incumbent will work to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and increase organic traffic to the company's digital platforms. This role requires a strategic approach to content creation and a data-driven mindset to analyze performance and adapt strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive content calendar for all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creates and curates high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that effectively communicates the brand's unique value proposition.
- Manages social media campaigns and implements strategies to grow the audience, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Monitors social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Performs regular SEO audits and implements on-page optimization strategies to improve the website's search engine ranking.
- Conducts keyword research to inform content creation and identifies opportunities for new content development.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure all digital content is optimized for discoverability and aligns with SEO best practices.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilizes various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyzes data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future content and campaigns.
- Prepares regular reports for the Marketing Manager on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and SEO.
Qualifications
I. Experience
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of successful social media and SEO campaigns.
II. Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field is preferred
III. Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective analytics, and content management systems.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, technical SEO, and link-building.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while also being data-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
