Documentation Officer

FEATI Maritime Training and Assessment Center is looking for a Documentation Officer to join the organization. The role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing training & assessment documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established policies and standards. The Documentation Officer will also support internal departments by maintaining updated records, filing systems, and assisting with reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field
 - With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates may also be considered)
 - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with document management systems
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Good written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,127.29 per month
