Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Preferably with experience in a maritime, crewing, or ship management environment
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office and file management systems)
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in handling and maintaining documents
Job Description:
- Oversee the lifecycle of documents from creation to distribution and archival
- Sort and file electronic and hard copy documents efficiently
- Ensure documents are up to date and correct versions are distributed
- Maintain accuracy of documents and ensure compliance with company policies and maritime industry standards
